At peaceQ.    How long will it be before I feel better?

A.    Recovery time for people is an individual journey.  There is no set time but the aim of Gippsland Counselling Services is that you start to feel better and have more hope from the first counselling session.  The aim is to have strategies and suggestions that can be used immediately to aid in the recovery as soon as possible.
